With OneFilta headquarters based in London, our team of specialists consist of world-renowned experts in the fields of design, engineering, science, and chemistry who specialise in the manufacturing of next generation, disruptive filtration technologies.
In 2019, our core team of inspired professionals came together with the objective to invent ground-breaking, next generation water filtration and data communications technologies with the single vision of ending water poverty globally. It quickly became clear that our newly developed innovations in filtration technologies, in conjunction with our proprietary innovations in blockchain infrastructure, global data communications and manufacturing, had application across almost every sector of the filtration industry, including residential, commercial, industrial, humanitarian and military.
The commercial arm of OneFilta Ltd was founded in 2023 with a green mission to disrupt and revolutionise the filtration industry by commercialising our patented ground-breaking technologies to replace traditional filters with more efficient, next generation OneFilta solutions.

Piush has over 20 years of experience in product development, manufacturing, and taking new products to market, with more than a decade focused on water filtration. He holds three issued patents and has a further two pending patents in filtration and an additional two patents in AI and blockchain data/communications technology. He is a UN Peace Ambassador and specialist advisor on water filtration technologies and water security [WOLCF/WOLMI:UN-N1996]. He holds a BSc [Hons] in Investment and Financial Risk Management, G.G.
Richard Everitt
CTO
Richard has over 20 years of experience in design, engineering, and manufacturing products for some of the world’s leading brands, including premium tech and EV cars. He is a specialist in automation, robotics, mechanical, and electrical engineering, and renowned in the industry for his innovative, out-of-the-box problem-solving skills. He holds a BSc (Hons) in AVCE Engineering and is certified in Quality Management Auditing 19001 & 14001.
Nikunj Soni
Chief Production Officer
Nikunj has over 25 years of experience in dynamic, rapid growth start-ups. He possesses extensive expertise in manufacturing, international trading and global logistics He has long with long-standing relationships with leading global filtration manufacturers and heads our particulate testing laboratory. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Information Systems.
Michael Pedersen
Carbon filtration specialist
Michael has over 40 years of experience in water filtration and holds 28 patents in the field. He is recognized as one of the world’s foremost authorities in the industry and has developed specialized filters for prestigious clients such as the US White House, Blair House, USEPA’s HQ Child Development Centre, NASA. and Fortune 500 companies. As the founder of Western Water Inc. in the USA, he oversees the manufacturing of 45 water filtration products. He holds a BA, CSU, MSEd, and is a Certified Water Specialist with the Water Quality Association. He has served on numerous water-related associations and committees and maintains high-level industry contacts.
Melanie Bowling
Business Development
Melanie has over 25 years of experience working in senior management positions with Blue Chip companies both in the UK and internationally. She has high-level contacts within CSR departments and at the board level within key large organizations. Her expertise includes large project development, implementation and project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and exploit opportunities. She is experienced in turning around poor-performing businesses, delivering excellent KPIs and outstanding growth. Additionally, she has strong marketing and promotional skills, as well as expertise in events and organizational management.
Kevin McNeely
IP and Licensing
Kevin has over 30 years of experience in US and international patents, trademarks, licensing, contracts, and IP litigation, representing a broad spectrum of high-profile technology firms. He is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association, Federal Communications Bar Association, and Institute of Electrical & Electronic Engineers. He is also part of the District of Columbia Bar Intellectual Property Association and is admitted to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office, as well as in the District of Columbia, Massachusetts, New York, and Rhode Island. McNeely holds a BSc, J.D., and LL.M.
Hardeep Ahluwalia

Hardeep has over 30 years of experience in global sales. He has extensive, long-standing commercial relationships with leading retailers and distributors, governmental agencies, and NGOs worldwide. Ahluwalia maintains high-level contacts within the UN, WHO, and numerous aid organizations including UNICEF and the Red Cross, as well as within CSR departments and at the board level of large corporations. He holds a BSc (Hons) Computer Systems Technology.

Ian has an unparalleled knowledge of industry application sectors as well as the global particulate filtration markets. His drive and commitment to innovation, quality and and product development for new industry applications has helped position him as a renowned expert in the field. He has long established distribution networks across Asia and the rest of the world with leading industry players. He holds a BA in Business management and MEP, Water Quality Association, USA.
